LeMessurier. offered critical post-construction envelope evaluation services in response to the client’s frustration with moisture infiltration through the building’s facade. Tasked with a forensic assessment, LeMessurier began to document the building true construction as compared to the original planning documents. Once this was completed, LeMessurier’s provided on-site consulting services as the building’s façade was carefully removed to expose damage to the structure’s exterior wall system. As the extent of the damage was recorded, LeMessurier provided repair details and material specifications to the contractor to be installed. The project was completed and the sections of the building’s facade that have leaked for 10 years no longer do so.
