LeMessurier. conducted a full range of consulting services from pre-design envelope assessments to Construction Management, LeMessurier’s project team began with a detailed assessment of the building’s façade. From the information gathered during the façade assessment, LeMessurier created a repair document package for budgeting and bid solicitation. The building restoration project kicked-off in the spring of 2016 and wrapped up 5 months later under budget. Building elements restored were the masonry façade, slate, rubber and metal roofs, wooden trim, and the original wooden windows.
